Bookings & Cancellations Policy
Bookings
All appointments must be booked online through our official booking link.
Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successfully completed, detailing your appointment information.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
To cancel or reschedule, please use our online system or contact our team directly via email.
Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next client, while the full service fee will still apply.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and this may be considered a cancellation subject to our cancellation policy.
No Show
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be classified as a No Show.
No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee, as time has been specifically reserved for you.
Please note, all future bookings following a No Show must be prepaid in full via our online booking link.
Appointment Prepayment
A non-refundable deposit or full prepayment is required to secure certain services or new client consultations.
Deposits will be deducted from your final service cost. If you cancel within the acceptable notice period (48 hours), the deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.
Refund Policy
Refunds are not available for completed services.
In the event of a prepayment or deposit, refunds are only available if the cancellation occurs within the acceptable notice period.
Products purchased in-clinic are eligible for a refund or exchange only if they are unused, unopened, and returned within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt.
