Bookings & Cancellations Policy

Bookings

  • All appointments must be booked online through our official booking link.

  • Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend scheduling in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

  • A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is successfully completed, detailing your appointment information.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a 50% charge of the service fee.

  • To cancel or reschedule, please use our online system or contact our team directly via email.

Late Arrivals

  • Arriving late may result in a shortened service to accommodate the next client, while the full service fee will still apply.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and this may be considered a cancellation subject to our cancellation policy.

No Show

  • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will be classified as a No Show.

  • No Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee, as time has been specifically reserved for you.

  • Please note, all future bookings following a No Show must be prepaid in full via our online booking link.

Appointment Prepayment

  • A non-refundable deposit or full prepayment is required to secure certain services or new client consultations.

  • Deposits will be deducted from your final service cost. If you cancel within the acceptable notice period (48 hours), the deposit can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not available for completed services.

  • In the event of a prepayment or deposit, refunds are only available if the cancellation occurs within the acceptable notice period.

  • Products purchased in-clinic are eligible for a refund or exchange only if they are unused, unopened, and returned within 14 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt.

  • We will do our best to address concerns through a follow-up consultation or corrective treatment, where deemed appropriate.
