In the event of a cancelled appointment your fee will be refunded as long as do it within 48 hours. If it is outside this time then a 50% fee will be charged.
You can do so by logging into your account using your phone number. Any appointment changes must be made within 48 hours of your appointment, otherwise you may be charged a rescheduling fee of 50%.

Full details of how to prepare for your appointment will be in your confirmation email. However hair should be left unwashed for at least 48 hours before attendance. Ideally hair should be left loose though it is appreciated that with loc hairstyles this is not possible. description
Stephanie recommends blood tests are done as she treats hair loss holistically. She has a panel that is specially created for hair loss and differs from what the G.P. would request.
